• Lock your rental home while you are out. Protect your property!
• Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at departure. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
