This gorgeously remodeled home features an inverted floor plan, an elevator for guest use, and an open living and dining area highlighted by a wall of windows showcasing broad ocean vistas along with partial marsh vistas.

The entirely modernized kitchen features quartz countertops, new cabinetry, an upsized sink, all new appliances, and dining space for 14 guests, making it ideal for entertaining. All five bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms, with two oceanfront bedrooms offering gorgeous coastal vistas. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, ceiling fan, and WiFi, and the home also includes Blu-Ray, expanded cable service, a Pack ’n Play, high chair, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Outdoor living is really exceptional. Appreciate front and back decks, a covered porch, picnic table, and both an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a foot shower. The outdoor entertaining area features a huge heated swimming pool (pool heater available for an additional surcharge) complete with an appealing 13-foot water slide. An outdoor kitchen with gas grille and island sink, ample seating, dining areas, and outdoor lighting create the ideal space for day-to-nighttime enjoyment. Guests can also savor the volleyball court or multi-purpose area, ideal for cornhole, horseshoes, and other outdoor games.

For weekly units, bed linens (for bedroom beds only), beach/bath towel combos, and bath mats are included.

Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a max. of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.
