  • Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To get the best rental within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities.
  • In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Booking your vacation rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
