A dazzling open floor plan and vaulted ceilings lead you to appreciate the handsome vistas of the dunes and sea from the moment you walk in the front door. The open living, dining & kitchen areas offer a new coastal vibe that's ideal for calming and entertaining. You will find 4 appealing sized bedrooms and 2 full baths off the main living area all on one level. This home has been charmingly refreshed with modern coastal decor'. The kitchen is well supplied and offers a Keurig and a coffee pot.

Start your day in the oceanfront sunroom or sundeck taking in the striking vistas of the ocean, beach, and pretty sunrises! There's a generous size oceanfront sundeck space with steps leading down to the beach!

After putting the kids to bed, relax and savor a peaceful evening taking in the handsome sunsets from the sunroom or sundeck.

Publix and Dollar General are less than a mile, and Food Lion is 1.3 miles from our home. After your day on the beach you can enjoy many great eateries close by on Oak Island, and within a short driving distance, (15 min. drive), to Southport Marina.

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Caswell Beach and 57th Place West Access Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. • June, July, and August are high season in Oak Island. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
• The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property management companies usually offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection.
