This unit is the lower level of a home on the oceanfront. This ground level home offers 4 bedrooms and sleeping for 10 in a modernized 60's bungalow. There are 2 baths/showers and 4 half bathrooms, with one private half bath off of each bedroom. Other features include central heat and air, a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, a laundry room with washer/dryer, 4 TVs with YoutubeTV, wireless internet, covered ground level patio with view of fenced back yard, and walkway to the beach over the sand dunes.

There are two bedrooms on either side of the home, each with a private half bath, and a shared tub/shower in between. Bedroom 1 is on the oceanside of the home with a Queen bed. Bedroom 2 is on the street side of the home with a Queen bed and a full size crib. Bedroom 3?is on the ocean side of the home with a Queen bed and a Twin futon. Bedroom 4 is on the street side of the home with two Queen beds.

Includes use of numerous beach chairs and a beach umbrella! No need to bring or rent these items for sitting on the beach.

Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 10.

This rental is dog friendly. An additional per dog fee of $175 plus tax will be applied if bringing a dog(s) and your check out time will be 9:00 am. There is a limit of 2 dogs per reservation.

Separate from this is a one bedroom efficiency with kitchen that can be rented individually if you need additional space.

Units are weekly only all year. Ask about a discount on the 2nd week when booking a 2-week stay!

Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not supplied. The property has pillows and bed covers.
