This pretty home is located on a side street, off the beaten path, with vistas of both the ocean and the golf course. Recently refreshed with a redesigned kitchen, new bathrooms and delightful new floors.
The roomy master suite has a king bed and adjoining bathroom. A second master upstairs has a king bed and a striking view of the 9th fairway. From the attached covered porch you can see past Swan Quarter to the ocean in the distance.
The third bedroom, considered the kids room, contains a pair of bunk beds. The additional room is a combination office suite by day and a bedroom by nighttime with a pullout bed that doubles as a couch. For those who can't leave work at home, there's a desk and work area. The outside has it all - screened porch, covered porch and open deck for sunbathing.

• Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Summertime is the most expensive season in the Cape Fear area area. To find the best value, try changing your family's Cape Fear area vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. • On check-out day, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
