Location, location, location!
Located on East Henderson Street in the heart of Wrightsville Beach, less than ½ block to the beach – the location simply cannot be beat!

“Williams Upper” unit is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom upper unit within a duplex that has a traditional floor plan and furnishings. The living room opens to the partially covered wraparound porch which is a great spot people watching, calming in the shade, or soaking up some sun! Appreciate grilling and eating meals with the family on the outdoor dining table after a long day in the sun. There is an outdoor shower for added convenience so you can rinse off that pesky sand after playing in the ocean. Johnnie Mercer’s Pier is just 2 blocks north and the local stores and eateries are also within walking distance!

The living room opens to the porch and just down the hall you will find the separate dining room, kitchen, and bedrooms. The dining room has wall to wall windows that give this room tons of natural light, creating a very comfortable dining space for the family to gather around and make fabulous memories!

The master bedroom has a queen bed, private bathroom with walk in shower and offers convenient access to the outside stairs. There is a bunk room with queen bed that is ideal for kids or teens but versatile enough for a couple to comfortably use. The two additional guest rooms are comfortably furnished with queen beds and share access to the hall bathroom.

For bigger family gatherings, rent the W119 “Williams Lower” unit which is directly below for a total of 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - contact Bryant directly for details.

Outside Shower. Off-street parking for 2-3 cars. Occupancy: 12. No Smoking. No Animals. Fireplace use is not allowed.

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W099- Williams Upper” as a vacation rental.

Booking the best vacation rental experience:

Get the best rental value:

  • Book your Cape Fear area vacation home in the Spring or Fall to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
  • Find a copy of your local Cape Fear area area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, visitor guide magazines have coupons for local accommodations, restaurants and tours.

How to choose and book your prefect Cape Fear area rental home:

  • Choose your vacation dates and max budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Upper level duplex in heart of Wrightsville Beach! has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is often available on booking websites. If they are not listed, reach out to the property owner before booking your rental. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds. You'll need to determine what is best for your vacation family.
  • Visiting for a single attraction or event? If so, use a map search to find nearby properties.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. .
  • Some rentals allow pets, but some don't. Allowable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask your host about allowable breeds and types before booking.

Tips for a smooth stay:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Add a note with the directions to your smartphone, and take a printed backup.
  • During arrival, make note of any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the host. Keep records of all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
  • Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers bothering your quiet neighborhood. Use the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Lock your vacation home while you're out and about. Keep your property safe!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a excellent time? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
