This home was modernized in 2021 to include vinyl floor throughout, coastal themed painted interior, and an oceanfront back deck where you can watch the waves crash along the shoreline.

Enter into the open style floor plan that includes a enormous sectional and two accent chairs centered around the flat screen Intelligent TV with DVD player and looking out over the dunes and onto the beach. The kitchen and dining area flow off the living room. You will find an island ideal for prepping your next meal along with a stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The dining area offers a table with seating for seven to go along with three additional seats at the bar.

Past the kitchen the hallway leads to a pair of bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with a queen bed and ample closet space. The shared full bathroom provides a modern vanity and walk-in shower.
