Conveniently located within walking distance of stores, grocery stores, and 3/4 block to beach access.

The Ocean Walk pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Located near the beach, this condo is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Franklin Square Gallery and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Oak Island Lighthouse and Fort Fisher State Historic Site.
