You’ll also find an Outdoor Sink to Clean your Fresh Catch & a Propane Grille to Cook it on. Bikes for Exploring, Beach Towels, Umbrella & Beach Chairs to Savor your Fun in the Sun. When you return, wash off the Salt & Sand in the Outdoor Shower. After you have rinsed off the sand, as you enter the home, you can toss those swimsuits & towels right into the Full-Sized Washer & Dryer just inside the door.

Please note: Linens are supplied with your reservation and your beds will be made prior to your arrival. Also a Welcome Bag will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies which includes 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, dish sponge, modest shampoo and conditioner with bar of soap, make up remover, and 2 bottles of water.

Reminder:
If you are bringing a pet, the pet fee must be paid prior to your check-in. Limit of 2 dogs - A non-returnable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. If you break home rules and bring more than 2 dogs, a $500 pet remediation fee will be charged. If the reservation is marked as no family pets, and evidence of a pet being on the property is discovered from your stay, you will be charged the non-returnable $200 pet fee plus a $500 pet remediation fee.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Cape Fear area restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
