The wooden dining table is set to seat four and can be extended to seat six using the leaf stored under the bed and additional chairs in the bedrooms. There are also an additional two seats at the adjacent breakfast bar.

The kitchen features plenty of countertop space for laying out the ultimate charcuterie buffet or preparing the catch of the day, The space is well-supplied with all the equipment you need to prepare favorite recipes without worry, or conveniently serve up take out from a number of close by eateries. A laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer as well as a half bath are located in this area.
