Upstairs, you will find the primary king bedroom with an ocean view and a double queen bedroom, both offering comfort and privacy. Step outside and savor one of the home's standout features—a fenced-in yard with a private pool that can be heated or cooled for an additional charge of $100 per day, ideal for cooling off after a hot day on the beach across the street. The ground level also includes a picnic area, outdoor shower, and garden spaces ideal for calming or gathering together. This home welcomes up to two dogs. All pet-friendly homes include a pet fee that covers bringing up to one dog. An additional fee applies if you are bringing a second dog. Please note that dogs are the only family pets allowed.
