This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is thoughtfully furnished to accommodate families, couples, modest groups, and pet lovers looking for a true Oak Island experience. The mid-level of the home features a bright, open living area with a pullout couch and a completely equipped kitchen, along with a bunk room that is ideal for kids or additional guests. Upstairs, you will find the primary king bedroom with an ocean view and a double queen bedroom, both offering comfort and privacy. Step outside and savor one of the home's standout features—a fenced-in yard with a private pool that can be heated or cooled for an additional charge of $100 per day, ideal for cooling off after a hot day on the beach across the street. The ground level also includes a picnic area, outdoor shower, and garden spaces ideal for calming or gathering together. Additional amenities include a balcony with ocean vistas, Blackstone BBQ grille, onsite parking, a Ninja fire pit, an electric indoor fireplace, high-speed WiFi, and HEPA air purifiers on each level.

This home welcomes up to two dogs. All pet-friendly homes include a pet fee that covers bringing up to one dog. An additional fee applies if you are bringing a second dog. Please note that dogs are the only family pets allowed.
Beach Gear Credit:
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights (April through October) include a valuable beach gear credit to use during your stay! Choose from a variety of rental options such as bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more—the choice is yours.

Minimum stay requirements vary by season. During peak summer months, there is a 7-nighttime minimum stay with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern.
