This completely modernized handsome three bedroom condo has a comfortable open floor plan with enormous windows and tons of light. The living and dining areas have water vistas from both the balcony and deck. Unwind on the deck and appreciate the peaceful beauty of the sunset across the sound. The relaxing waterfowl and tides of the sound are simply indescribable. You may even have a dolphin sighting during high tide. There are docks for fishing and outdoor grilles for all your barbequing requirements. Three swimming pools, one of which is ocean front, and three tennis courts are at your disposal. The ocean front pool also has a deck with rocking chairs for a great ocean view. The beach is a short five min. walk from the condo. Ocean Isle Beach is a pretty beach for walking, sunbathing, swimming, shell collecting, and photography. It's a mile walk to the center of the island, our favorite coffee shop, Drift, and a nice selection of local eateries. The master bedroom has a king bed and a freshly remodeled en suite bathroom. The second bathroom, also newly refreshed, can be entered from either the hallway or 2nd bedroom, which has two queen beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and desk. We do not provide linen and towel service, but there are multiple linen service options available at OIB. The condo has intelligent TVs in every bedroom, as well as in the living room. Bring your log in information for Netflix, Prime, and most other fashionable streaming services. The kitchen is entirely equipped for 8 guests who savor cooking or just heating up takeout from one of the many island eateries. The huge dining room table seats 8 comfortably with vistas of the sound, and the living room overlooks the fishing lagoon. In addition we have covered parking for two cars. No family pets allowed, no exceptions. Ocean Isle Beach is about halfway between Myrtle Beach and Wilmington (about a 30-45 min. drive either way), close enough for dinner or shopping. Calabash and its famed seafood are just 20 mins. away. In addition there are about 20 golf courses within a 20 -min. drive of the island. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the condo, on the balcony, or on the deck. The condo is professionally cleaned with all surfaces sanitized prior to each rental. From June through August, we can only accept Saturday to Saturday dates.

• Book your rental property in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
• Property management companies frequently offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance.
