The main floor (2nd) includes a great open concept living/dining/kitchen with a fireplace and intelligent TV with high speed fiber internet access and YouTube TV included. Bring your own app PWs to stream all your other favorites. Savor a calming swing on the covered front porch after a day at the beach or in the backyard pool.

Also on the main floor are a private master suite as well as a second king bedroom and a fun bunk room for the kids. All bedrooms have intelligent TVs with internet access and YouTube TV supplied. Bring your own app PWs to stream all your other favorites.

Four legged family is welcome to join you and will savor the fenced backyard. The home also has parking for multiple cars (3-4).

The first floor "pool home" is roughly finished and makes a great spot for a kids hangout - with a sitting/TV area, kitchenette and full bath. There is actually an additional queen bedroom in this space not counted in the total bed/baths since this space isn't the same level of quality as the main floor (noted as "office" in detailed description). This could be a great additional room for a teen that prefers their own space.

The backyard getaway is complete with a private pool (3-5 ft deep), hot tub, grassy play area, covered and uncovered sitting areas with Polywood furnishings and pool loungers.
