This impressive 3 bedroom oceanfront condo is the ideal beachfront hideaway. Located in the highly beautiful Dune Ridge Resorts, this condo has striking expansive vistas of the entire coast and the interior makes for a calming break from the sun while not sacrificing the view!

The oceanfront patio is ideal for appreciating your morning coffee, taking in the salt air and relaxing after a long day at the beach/pool. A clean and comfortable stay is our absolute top priority. Come stay awhile!

The Space:
Dune Ridge offers a pool, tennis/pickle-ball court, beach access, and COMPLIMENTARY parking on the premises (2 cars, maybe 3 if you squeeze). Beach chairs and towels supplied!

The three bedrooms are each designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, featuring plush linens, quality bed sheets and intelligent TVs.

There are 2-3 carport parking spots for the unit and additional guest spots can be requested.

The unit is right on the beach and a fast drive to 'downtown Wrightsville Beach' where there is a plethora of coffee stores, eateries, bars and shopping.

Other Things to Note:
Community pool is open from May 1st-September 30th.
As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

About the Area

Located on the beach, this condo is in Shell Island, a neighborhood in Wrightsville Beach. Mayfaire Town Center and The Cotton Exchange are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Wrightsville Beach and Halyburton Park. Aussie Island Surf Shop and Cape Fear Paddleboarding are also worth visiting.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • The earlier you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.

  • Inspect the property a final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
