Sis's bungalow is a appealing, freshly modernized 3 bedroom 2 full baths in the historical district of gorgeous Southport NC. The home has an open floor plan with living room, dining room and completely equipped kitchen with all the amenities needed to dine in if you choose. The bungalow is located one block from the main downtown area within walking distance of eateries, stores and inter coastal waterways. Lots of parking. Can accommodate up to 6 cars or 4 cars and fishing boat and trailer. You can sit on the front porch and listen to bands on Thursday nighttime when playing in Franklin Square Park. The bungalow will accommodate 5 people. Master queen bedroom downstairs with full bath. Upstairs
has queen bed and also a twin bed with trundle with full bath. Includes a entirely equipped kitchen with double
door refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, disposal and washer and dryer and Keurig coffee maker. House is attractively decorated.
