Welcome to Goin’ Coastal located in the peaceful neighborhood of Summer Place on a huge corner lot at 9 Private Drive. This home comes with access to the private gated Summer Place pool across the street. Savor this ideal location steps from the beach access but off of the main busy road. This LINEN PROVIDED home comes with sheets and towels for every bedroom.
The home has wireless internet throughout, TVs in every room, and full-size Washer/Dryer. Each of our 5 huge delightfully decorated bedrooms have their own private bathroom (including hair dryers in each), Televisions with 4K Firesticks, ceiling fans, and tons of room to spread out. Two of our bedrooms have their own access to one of the two wrap-around decks. Our kitchen is very well equipped with every needed amenities for cooking for enormous families or just making a picnic to take to the beach. The bright, sizable two-story living area fills with tons of phenomenal sun light and is equipped with a LED flat screen Intelligent TV, board games, puzzles and many good books.
On the ground level, savor the use of 2 Weber charcoal grilles, hot/cold outdoor shower, 4 Adirondack chairs, beach chairs, cornhole boards, and additional seating. On the two upper decks, you will find plenty of seating options including rocking chairs and Adirondack chairs. Escape for an afternoon nap on the screened porch equipped with a comfortably cushioned couch, 2 chairs, and tables. The large corner lot gives plenty of room for a game of bocce ball or cornhole in the back yard.
About the Area
Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, kayaking, and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
