BRAND NEW LUXURY HOME COMPLETED IN WINTER 2024 AND NEW TO MARKET FOR 2025

Walk to everything and ensure your vacation is full of sun, sea and sand with a stay at NO EGRETS! Spend the afternoon splashing in the private pool then grille out for dinner while the kids play in the fenced backyard, or set off to discover the island on the supplied bicycles or kayak. With its eye-catching blue and white exterior, you'll have no trouble spotting your home away from home when you return from the day's adventures, and the private elevator provides convenience with suitcases and groceries.

The crisp color scheme is carried through to the open-concept living space. Gather together on the pair of couches or armchair with ottoman to watch the latest movie through your personal streaming services. The handsome granite-top dining table seats eight, with an additional three barstools at the adjacent kitchen island, featuring a bright pop of the home's signature blue color. Gleaming stainless-steel appliances, plenty of storage and prep space and an eye-catching tile backsplash anchor this space, which has everything you need to prepare from-scratch meals with the catch of the day.

The master suite is furnished with a king bed, an armchair with ottoman and a flat screen TV for personal entertainment. The ensuite bath features his and her sinks, a sizable step in shower and a giant walk-in closet. The split bedroom plan provides two bedrooms with a shared access to a full bathroom with a step-in shower. The second bedroom provides another king bed, while the third bedroom has two standard bunk beds. The washer and dryer are also convenient to this area. Appreciate watching sunsets on the covered front porch.

The first floor features of a separate guest suite providing a kitchenette, sitting area, full bath, a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a enormous flat screen TV. Please note that this space is reached through the external staircase or elevator and there is no internal access between this bedroom and those upstairs.

Outside, your tropical pool getaway awaits. Mature palms and a completely privacy-fenced backyard offer a sense of seclusion. Watch the kids splash from the poly-furnishings on the pool deck, or keep an eagle eye from the rocking chairs on the deck above, complete with an overhead light and fan. The enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water located just off the pool deck makes cleaning up after a trip to the beach a breeze, and a gas grille is supplied for cooking out.

Games, puzzles, a ping pong table, kids beach toys, surf boards, inflatable kayak and beach chairs are available to you. Charge your cars with the EV CHARGERS while you recharge. There's plenty of room to park both under the home and in the shaded gravel driveway. You could nearly leave your cars there for your entire vacation thanks to the spectacular location of this home. Just a short walk to the Publix grocery store, trendy eateries, and local ice cream shop. Finest of all, you can even walk to the beach, with the sand about 1700 feet from your doorstep. Along the way, you'll pass Middleton Park, the home of craft fairs, farmers' markets and concerts along with a seasonal splashpad, accessible playground, pickleball and tennis courts. No matter what adventures your dream vacation includes, book your stay now and make sure you achieve them with NO EGRETS!

Guests with allergies should be aware that while no family pets are allowed during guest stays, dogs are occasionally present during owner reservations.

Tricks and tips to get the optimal Cape Fear area rental experience:

Finding your best deal:

  • In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved early. Booking your rental 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Book your Cape Fear area vacation home in the Spring or Fall to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Look for your local Cape Fear area visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, visitors guide magazines contain discounts for nearby attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.

Choosing the best vacation rental in the Cape Fear area area:

  • Choose a designated group leader, choose your trip dates, and choose a spending budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and the configuration your group needs. No Egrets: Stylish Home With Pool, Upscale Kitchen/Dining and More! has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed types is commonly available on booking websites. If not, call the host before you book your rental. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to determine what bed configuration is suitable for your vacation group.
  • Do your family pets travel with you? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or charges applied to your invoice.
  • Does your family require unique amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking.

Some things to know before you go:

  • Get the host's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental property.
  • Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Upon arrival, make note of any issues with the rental property and immediately contact the host. Record all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be an incredible resource to find the best local beaches.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Double-check the property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your family have a great time? Most rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
