All guests must sign an Affordable Sizable Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Grand Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Substantial Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

About the Area

This condo is located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Sunset Beach. To book the largest vacation home within your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
