- No Animals, you will be charged $500 per pet if you bring a pet
- We provide a start of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. You may need to buy more.
- Do not lean or hang on railings
- No Smoking whatsoever
- No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $100 charge per hour.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
- Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not included

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this condo is on the waterfront. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. With motor boating, surfing/body boarding, and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on great reviews to inspire more reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
