Modern refreshed 5 bedroom, 3 bath home. 2 living rooms with separate spaces. Can have adults on one floor, kids on another. Every room has a Intelligent flat screen TV. Tiled walk in showers, handsome kitchen. Very open floor plan. Can walk to the beach or the intercoastal waterway. Eateries, surf stores, etc are all within walking distance. Rocking chair front porch and enormous deck for family gatherings. Units do not connect internally. Exterior stairs. Enormous fenced back yard with Gazebo and hot tub. Rocking chair covered front porch and huge rear deck. Great for multi-generation stays and multi-family stays.
