House is 80 yards to the beach(30 yards to the boardwalk, 50 yards on the boardwalk, you are at the beach).On west end of the island, 6th row home. At nighttime you can hear ocean waves and see so many stars that the sky looks like a canvas. Fishing pier is 50 yards away. Intelligent home by Google Nest HomeMax. Intelligent lock with access code for each rental. Pet fee $195/stay UP TO 2 dogs, $100/add'l dog(cerificatons of service dogs are required). ID required. Note- NO LINENS/TOWELS/PAPER GOODS PROVIDED. Overcrowding will be subject to rental termination. MINIMUM 1 week(Saturday to Saturday) booking from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

About the Area

Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• Summertime is the most expensive season in Sunset Beach. Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
• Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Property managers typically offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
