Finding the best rental value:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Carolina Beach. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is a good way to save on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.

  • Keep your rental home locked while you are out! Don't let thieves spoil your holiday.
  • On check-out day, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
