Sit back and relax on the covered front porch as you listen to Wave on Wave crash in the distance at this modern and well-appointed third row beach home, located right by the Ocean Crest Fishing Pier. Featuring three covered porches, a screened porch, a completely fenced grassy backyard and even an elevator, everybody in the family will feel at home here, including up to two dogs per stay.

The open-concept living area is bright and beachy. The living room features a sizable Intelligent TV so you can log in and keep up with your favorite shows. Sink down into the comfortable sectional to cuddle while you watch a movie or relax on one of the upsized armchairs with a good beach read instead.

The sturdy wooden dining table is set for six, with one additional chair available, and four bar-height chairs are arranged around the kitchen island. The kitchen offers plenty of space to prepare meals, with broad countertops and a double sink as well as cooking and serving silverware. Prepare your family’s favorite meals together or try out some new recipes made with fresh local ingredients.

The only bedroom on this level is furnished with a queen bed and a Intelligent TV for personal entertainment and provides direct access to a full bathroom with a standard tub/shower combo that also opens to the hall. Downstairs, the second queen bedroom shares access to a hall bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combo with the bedroom next door, where you’ll find a pair of twin beds and a wall-mounted Intelligent TV. You’ll find a laundry room complete with a full-size washer and dryer beside the bathroom.

The primary suite is cavernous and offers a king bed, wall-mounted Intelligent TV and even a desk and chair along with a monitor and printer for those who can’t leave work behind during their hideaway. The en suite bathroom is equipped with double sinks and a generous step-in tile shower with two individually controlled shower heads and a constructed-in bench. This suite also offers exclusive access to the covered front porch on this floor. Savor beverages and appetizers at the pair of captain’s chairs and bistro table or relax in the pair of Adirondack chairs as you sip your morning coffee.

The lower covered back porch is accessible from the hallway and offers more Adirondack chairs and a bench along with access to the entirely fenced backyard. Sway on the porch swing as little ones and fur-babies romp safely under the shade of the surrounding trees. On the upper level, the covered front porch offers an outdoor dining table with seating for four along with a grouping of four Adirondack chairs around a central coffee table/ottoman. The second level back porch is fully screened and offers a pair of rocking chairs and a pair of swivel chairs for calming, each with their own coffee table.

Underneath the home, you’ll find parking for multiple cars along with another outdoor bench and an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A gas grille is included for cooking out.

When you’re ready to hit the beach, you’ll find that beach chairs are supplied for your use, along with a beach cart so you can conveniently haul your gear on the short walk of roughly 700 feet to the sand at the 19th Place East beach access. Or turn northward instead to savor the elegant marsh vistas along the breathtaking walkway over Davis Canal (we highly recommend a sunset walk here to drink in the relaxing vibes and generous wildlife).

You’re only a block away from the Ocean Crest Fishing Pier if you want to cast your line and try your hand at providing the catch of the day, or you can appreciate fine dining at one of the only local oceanfront eateries at Island Way.
