The main living area offers a comfortable living space and a charmingly remodeled kitchen that opens to a roomy horseshoe balcony to maximize the ocean vistas. The deck is the ideal place to catch a spectacular sunrise or relax at the end of a long day. The cavernous primary suite is complete with a king-sized bed, T.V., and refreshed bathroom that features a walk-in shower and huge closet. There are two additional guest bedrooms at the front of the condo that overlook the marsh. A king guest room makes a amazing accommodation for guests of any age and a close by hall bathroom services this guest room. Across the hall is a bunk bedroom that has a pyramid bunk bed (full over full) and a private bathroom.
Grab a poolside lounge chair and savor an afternoon in the sun or play a few friendly tennis matches on the community court. A private walkway from the Duneridge Resort leads you to the white sandy beach - arguably one of the most handsome access points on the island! The secure lobby and community elevator are an added convenience for families.
Occupancy: 10.
Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of two-nighttime stays in other seasons.
Linens Configuration: 2 King, 1 Queen Sleeper Couch, 1 Pyramid Bunk Bed (Full over Full).
Parking: Assigned covered parking (tandem) for 2 cars with HOA parking pass under the building.
Pet Policy: No family pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Animals, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Trailers, Mail or Packages being sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
The Duneridge complex requires all cars to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking costs will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be supplied in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation costs may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are stringently enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.
*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Located on the beach, this condo is in Shell Island, a neighborhood in Wrightsville Beach. Wrightsville Beach Museum of History and Cameron Art Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Aussie Island Surf Shop and South End Surf Shop. New Hanover County Arboretum and Jungle Rapids Family Fun Park are also worth visiting.
