A very roomy third floor condo with an simple walk to the elevator located in the striking community of Sea Trail. The floor plan features an open adjoining kitchen, dining and living area with vistas of the golf course. Each bedroom has two queen beds with a private bathroom. The master bedroom is privately located off the main area of the condo. The second bedroom has a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a full size refrigerator. This bedroom also has a bistro table and a sleeper couch. There are three flat panel T.V.s and three DVD payers in the condo to savor. There is central air and heat, cable, wifi, and a washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Take some time to relax and appreciate the screened in balcony that overlooks one of three golf courses. This is the ideal way to relax after a day at the beach or an afternoon of golf. The beach is 1.5 miles from our condo. The Champions complex has a pool available for our guests to use complimentary of charge. The community of Sea Trail hosts The Village Activity Center (pool, hottub, indoor pool, gym) available for guest use for an additional fee. There is a restaurant called Houses Place located in the center. Linens and towels are included for you during your stay. Sunset Beach is dog friendly. Dogs are welcome on the beach before 9 am and after 6 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day and all day during the rest of the year. We are a dog friendly condo. Animals are welcome for an additional fee. We are sure you will appreciate our condo as much as we do. We would appreciate to invite you to stay!

About the Area

This condo is located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, and is next to a golf course and by the sea. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Looking to get your feet wet? Motor boating and swimming adventures can be found near the property.

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Cape Fear area area. To get the largest rental for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • The earlier you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.

  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on good reviews to stimulate future bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
