Appreciate the island life in this charming 3 bedroom home. Entirely equipped kitchen, dining table seats 4 with breakfast nook seats 2. Roomy living room with huge flat screen Roku TV. Brand new LVP floor throughout. New sectional couch! Delightfully landscaped fenced in back yard. Master bedroom has king size bed, flat screen Roku TV and en suite bathroom, as well as private exit to giant back patio. Second bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. Third bedroom has twin beds, and full size bed ideal kids room. Minutes from beach access and pretty breathtaking walk over the canal. Well mannered, potty trained family pets welcome. We want you and your family and friends to have a calming, enchanting, care complimentary vacation.

• On check-out day, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on great ratings to propel new bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
