Sandpiper Suite 206 is one unit back from the ocean front end of the building. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean vistas overlooking Stone St. located on the second floor.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Entirely equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Unwind and relax on your balcony with vistas of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, eateries & stores.

There is assigned off street parking for 1 car only. No additional parking, any additional cars must be parked in public paid street parking.

How to get the best rental value:

• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Some property managers offer discounts for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection.
