The open floorplan provides ocean vistas from the living, dining, and kitchen areas, with plenty of natural lighting and all new furnishings. The kitchen is completely supplied with all the amenities of home and has seating for 2 at the bar. Take in ocean vistas while appreciating meals together at the huge dining room table or spread out in the comfortable living area to connect with family and friends. Shoot the breeze and listen to the waves crash from the sizable, oceanfront deck with marvelous vistas.

The master bedroom offers a King bed, ocean vistas, private full bathroom, intelligent TV, and direct access to the oceanfront deck. The Queen bedroom includes intelligent TV with streaming options and the Twin bedroom offers 2 twin beds, partial vistas of Banks Channel, and a intelligent TV. A full bathroom and laundry closet with washer and dryer are available in the hallway.

Community conveniences include a gated beach access, community dock, plus a channel front beach with park grille and picnic table.

PROVIDED: WIFI, entirely supplied kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also supplied for your enjoyment.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.
