This comfortable one-bedroom, one bath hideaway is ideal for couples or modest families looking for a calming coastal escape. The unit features a queen bed in the bedroom, a set of bunk beds tucked into a hallway nook, and a queen sleeper couch in the living room, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for your group. The open living area includes a dining table for six and a completely equipped kitchen with bar seating for two, making it simple to savor meals together after a day at the beach.
Step out onto the private balcony and take in expansive vistas of the ocean and the pool deck below. It's the ideal spot to appreciate your morning coffee or relax with a drink as the sun sets. Guests have access to a seasonal community pool, a cold water outdoor shower, and a picnic area with Hibachi grilles and picnic tables located on the east side of the building. The condo is equipped with central heat and air, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, secure Wi-Fi, and Chromecast TV for all your entertainment and comfort needs.
Ocean Cove condos are appealingly located directly facing the ocean, making them a fashionable choice for modest families, anniversaries, or simply a peaceful getaway by the sea. This property offers keyless entry for a smooth and convenient check-in experience. Please note that this unit does not have a golf cart outlet.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are supplied for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the max. occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not supplied. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.* All units are non-smoking, and family pets and golf carts are not allowed at this complex.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes Vacation Rental By Owner’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
