Living Area: Located downstairs and equipped with Intelligent TV, comfortable and beautiful seating, and 500mbs Wi-Fi speed from AT&T Fiber.

Kitchen: Located just off the living room and completely equipped with modern appliances, Keurig coffee maker, coffee and creamer selection, and cooking essentials. Seating for 2 at a comfortable round dining table.

Bedroom: Up the stairs, relax in coastal comfort furnished with a queen bed, desk, walk-in closet with washer/dryer, seating nook, and access to 2nd floor balcony.

Bathroom: Roomy walk-in shower, plush towels, and Shampoo & Conditioner from MISSIO (local to the Cargo District!)

Outdoor Space: Private upstairs patio with seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Additional seating nook located just inside for the days you want to appreciate the sun but not the heat!
