Morning Light is a craftsman style home finished in May 2009 that was featured residence in Bald Head Island's annual magazine, Haven.   • In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early.   • Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a terrific stay? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
