Savor the one-story convenience of this oceanfront four-bedroom home in the privately gated West End. For your convenience and additional sleeping space, there is a queen couch bed in the living area. Parks-Lowder has central heat and air, a dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, ice maker, cable TV, VCR, wireless internet access, and phone. Other amenities include an open and covered porch, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, an enclosed garage, a wood-burning fireplace, a gazebo, and a private walkway to the beach with a sundeck.

  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Re-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition.
