Brand new bespoke island home ready for you in 2024! This elegant 5 bedroom oceanfront property really has everything you could ever need for the ideal Holden Beach vacation.

Starting outside, there is a private pool located beside an outdoor bar area with a drink station including a drink cooler, high-capacity ice maker, sink, and gas grille! There is Bluetooth surround sound for your enjoyment and plenty of room to indulge in outdoor activities like sunbathing or calming at the outdoor fire pit during the cooler months. For more lively activities, there is a football table and a ping pong table to challenge your friends and family! There are two broad levels of oceanfront decks as well, so you can savor the ocean breezes and the beautiful vistas. There are also 2 outdoor showers with hot and cold water for rinsing off the sand after a long day at the beach.

Inside, you will find the ideal island getaway with tons of natural light and chic decor. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and sizable flatscreen TVs. There are two primary oceanfront bedrooms with 65-inch intelligent TVs, king-sized beds, balcony access, and spa-style showers. There is something for everybody at Carolina Joy, including a unique kid's room with constructed-in bunk beds and a fun loft area. There is even a state-of-the-art 85-inch TV complete with simple connections for all gaming platforms to keep the kids entertained!

Appreciate preparing delicious meals in the chef's kitchen that includes a commercial-style gas range with a classic gas oven, double convection microwave ovens, and double fridges and freezers. There is even a beverage station in the kitchen area with a wine cooler, beverage cooler, and high-capacity ice maker. Savor your meals and the ocean vistas at the dining table that seats 14 and the kitchen island with seating for 6. Then, relax by the gas fireplace in the enormous living room and appreciate a movie nighttime with the 85-inch flatscreen TV. Occupancy is 16.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.
