Welcome to one of our favorite places on Ocean Isle Beach! Just a short idle from the Intracoastal Waterway, our freshly remodeled private dock is ideal for fishing, swimming, or keeping your boat ready for a day on the water. Whether you're heading offshore, cruising the ICW, or spending the day anchored at a close by island beach, this location provides painless access to it all.

The nearest beach access is only a 10-min. walk (0.5 miles) away. To make your beach trips even easier, we provide a sizable beach cart with room for a cooler, chairs, and all your gear. Four beach chairs and a cornhole set are also available for your enjoyment.

When You Arrive

• Sunday check-in means you'll avoid the heavy traffic typically associated with the area's Saturday change-over day.

• Parking is available for roughly 6 cars plus a boat trailer.

• Linens are included—and the beds are already made when you arrive! For full-week units, bath towels are also supplied.

• Basic household supplies are supplied and ready for your stay. The spice cabinet is entirely outfitted as well, so you may not even need to stop at the store upon arrival.

• Trash pickup occurs on Tuesdays and Fridays.

• Two fridges are available:

Downstairs refrigerator: ideal for beverages and includes an ice maker.
Upstairs refrigerator: designated for food storage and also includes an ice maker.

• Since you're arriving on Sunday, the public boat landing is typically much less busy. For departures, we recommend loading your boat between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM on Saturday to avoid the busiest launch times.

• Most importantly—sit back, relax, and appreciate one of our favorite places on the Carolina coast!
