Pool heat is optional and can be added to your reservation for $100 per day. Please note that pool heat must be purchased for the full duration of your stay once added.

Additionally, two drink fridges are available to keep your drinks chilled while you soak up the sun.

The owner provides 6 adult bicycles, approx 15 chairs, a beach cart, and some beach toys.

WHAT IS PROVIDED?
Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bedsheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
