This striking home is a multi-level 5 bedroom, 5 bath home located on a concrete canal with direct beach access at the Leland Street beach access. Appreciate features such as central heat & air, full kitchen with microwave & dishwasher, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, 6 TVs with Youtube TV streaming service, wireless internet, partially covered deck, a multi-level sun deck, outdoor shower, floating dock, and a modest private pool.

Street side entry into the kitchen and dining area where there is also one bedroom with two Queen beds and there is a hall bathroom and laundry closet in the hall. Descend numerous steps towards the canal to the living room where there's another bedroom with two Queen beds with private bathroom and door to deck. Upstairs there are two bedrooms street side with two Queen beds each and private bathrooms. The fifth bedroom is canal side with one King bed and enormous master bathroom with a jetted tub and standing shower. Off this master bedroom is a covered deck on the canal side.

Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. min. 16 people.

Units are weekly only all year.

Paper goods, and soaps are not supplied. The property has pillows and bed covers.
Bed sheets are supplied for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the max. occupancy of the unit. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door on day of arrival. At the end of your stay, please place all used linens back in the bag and leave it outside the front door for pick up.

Please note: This property has exterior cameras for off season security. The owner's boat is in the driveway but there is still plenty of parking. There is a hot tub that is not for guest use and it is locked.
