Entirely Furnished 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom ranch style home
with central heat and air conditioning, Internet/WIFI during summer months, (2) TV's, DVD player,
VCR, Washer/Dryer, Full kitchen, with Dishwasher and
Microwave, Ceiling fans throughout the home.
Dining area with plenty of cooking and dining items to use (dishes,
glassware, pots & pans, silverware, etc.) There is also an Outdoor Charcoal Grille
The home is located on NE 5th street near Middleton Rd. and is just a few blocks from the beach and the new Swain Cut bridge on a peaceful street just south of the Intracoastal waterway. There is a screened porch sitting area on the south side of the home.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Smith Island Museum of History and Franklin Square Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
