The home has impressive vistas of the intercostal and it's an simple walk to the beach! There are numerous golf cart rental companies within the area should you choose to rent a cart.

This property comes completely outfitted with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 5 cars. There is a private pool, tiki bar, handsome polywood furnishings and a sizable outdoor shower. This luxury property has expansive vistas from the top level for sightseeing! Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor includes a den, wet bar, and pool table. The elevator goes to all levels. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.
