1st floor freshly refreshed room with 1 king bed located on the end of the building closest to the beach. The Continental Condominiums offer our guests 27 comfortable individually owned condos that are managed as vacation units available for short as well as off-season monthly stays. Located on Sunset Beach and just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean accepts for a short walk to the fishing pier, and the area's best beach strand. There is a modest refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. The bathroom includes a shower. The outdoor pool is open between mid-April and late September depending on weather. There is a local market across the street and other stores all within a block. Rental bicycles are available across the street. A laundry facility is available on premises as well as grilles for your convenience. Non-smoking. Dog Friendly Condo. 1 dog max with $100.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. Parking is limited - 1 parking pass supplied per unit. Golf carts are not allowed at the Continental Motel.

This condo is located in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.

  • In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.
