The dock on the canal behind the home provides yet another spot for hanging out and grabbing a few rays -- in case you don’t feel like walking out to the handsome, flat Sunset Beach which awaits you and the gang just at the head of the street. A downstairs apartment will please those seeking a little separation from the group (or ones not in favor of stairs!). Appreciate two decks one upstairs and a covered deck downstairs. The rental includes 2 kayaks and 2 bicycles.

Downstairs Private entrance with it's own modest living area, couch, table & 4 chairs, coffee pot. 2nd refrigerator & covered deck overlooking the canal.

There is no bathtub. There is also an outside shower.

Sheets and towels are not supplied.
