This oceanfront, state of the art home will blow your mind with all of its striking features! Upon entry will you will be greeted with a chef's dream kitchen centered around a sizable island. The kitchen boast quality with stainless appliances, gas range and all the cookware to savor making dinners at home. The enormous open concept dining and living room have vistas of the gleaming Atlantic Ocean that will keep you mesmerized.

Accommodating up to 12 guests, with 3 bedrooms located on the first level and 2 on the second level. Bedroom #1, located on the 1st level, finished with 2 twin bunk beds, a TV, ceiling fan, and its own private bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #2, located on the 1st level, finished with a king bed, a TV, ceiling fan and a semi private bath that is also accessible from the common areas of the home. Bedroom #3, located on the 1st level offers direct balcony access from your room where you can sit and watch the waves crash while gazing for aquatic wildlife. This room is finished with a king bed, a TV, and a double vanity, walk-in shower private bathroom. Bedroom #4, located on the 2nd floor, host impressive ocean vistas as well that can also be admired from your direct balcony access. This room is finished with a king bed, a TV, ceiling fan, and a double vanity, walk-in shower private bathroom. Bedroom #5 is located on the 2nd floor, gleams with mesmerizing ocean vistas and direct balcony access. Ideal for sipping your morning coffee or your afternoon drink, this home has balconies galore! From your oceanfront balcony you have direct access to the private swimming pool. This pool has the ability to be heated for an additional fee. After spending a long day appreciating the beach and sand rinse off in the hot/cold, completely enclosed outdoor shower. Plenty of parking can be found under the home with added space in the gravel driveway.

Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units. Pool has the ability to be heated (gas heat) for an additional fee of $400.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun are also worth visiting.
