Sun Tee, a unique privately owned pet friendly single family canal home, located 17 rows from the ocean on the East end of the island. Interior amenities include WIFI, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 2 color cable TVs, 2 DVD players & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, outside grille, permanent grille, screen porch, sun deck, covered porch & floating dock. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** home and accepts up to 2 dogs for an additional fee. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING

• June, July, and August are high season in Sunset Beach. To get the largest rental home within budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
