Pool can be heated for an additional $100/day during March, April, May, September, October, November months only (minimum outdoor temperature of 50 degrees required)

- Appreciate VIEWS of the Atlantic Ocean and canals from multiple porches with your coffee/beverage/sippy cup :)

- Two BIKES available for further island exploration, plenty of beach chairs & a beach wagon for simple beach relaxation
