The first bedroom features a opulent king bed, while the second bedroom offers a fun pyramid bunk—ideal for families—with a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. These two rooms share a Jack n Jill style bathroom with a convenient shower/bath combination. The third bedroom on this level features a king bed and a private bath. There is a full-size sleeper couch in the sitting area. The sleeper couch will not be made but linens will be supplied.

Upstairs, you'll discover a comfortable queen bedroom with its own private bathroom for added comfort and privacy. A hall bath is also available on this level. The sizable dining room table, with five chairs and a bench that seats three, offers ample space for family meals or game nights. Step outside, and you’ll appreciate the invigorating outdoor shower, ideal after a day at the beach. Inside, you’ll find modern amenities including central heat and air, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and ceiling fans.
