Bring your boat and take advantage of our deep water dock or simply use it for swimming, kayaking, crabbing, and fishing. A fun week of water sports awaits you. Soak up the sun with our poolside lounge chairs. It’s ideally understandable if you decide not to walk to the beach because everything you need is all right here! Unwind at the pool bar and watch your favorite football team on the outdoor 55 inch intelligent TV or find yourself preparing a gourmet meal in the well-appointed kitchen boasting granite counter tops, a roomy over sized island with seating, and GE slate appliances including your own complimentary-standing ice maker. The elevator is available to take you to every level of the home. The open, reverse floor plan gives you broad vistas from every room in the home.

Step out on the handsome decks for one of the most spectacular vistas on the island. Appreciate morning bird watching with your coffee. Watch the area's best boats come and go from the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway. And not to be missed, the evening sunsets with expansive vistas of the island and its wildlife.

Watch the sun rise from the private master suite which features a luxury comfort king bed with a bespoke bath, soaking tub and a rain head shower. You will find designer furnishings throughout the home. There are eight Intelligent TV’s including a 75 inch flat screen in the great room. Stream your favorite movies and shows or browse the web directly on each TV. The dining area features a nine foot reclaimed wood harvest table locally made in Calabash, North Carolina. You will feel like you are spending a week in a home right out of the pages of Coastal Living Magazine. All bedrooms have luxury plush beds and linens, private baths, ceiling fans, blackout shades, and 55 inch flat screen intelligent TVs. A full size washer and dryer is there for your convenience. A sitting room on the second floor is a great get away space when you need to send the kids to watch their own TV show.

No need to carry around keys to the front door as each guest will be assigned a unique door code to access the home. Walk to the beach or do as the islanders do and drive your golf cart to the beach and all around the island.

Savor our Ocean Isle Beach Town Center Park which is just a short 5 min. walk away. The park includes an outdoor performance stage, playground, interactive water fountain, restroom facility, pergola gathering areas, promenade (walking trail), open green space, bocce ball court, half basketball/pickleball court, picnic tables, benches, decorative lighting, parking and landscaping. Tricks and tips to get the best rental experience:

Get the best rental home value:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • To find the best value, try changing your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer warmer temperatures, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, travel guides have offers and deals for local shops and restaurants.

How to choose and book the perfectrental:

  • Choose your vacation week and maximum budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration your family needs. Waterfront, Spectacular Sunsets, Dock, Pool, Elevator, Linens, Free Golf Cart+++ has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is often available on booking pages. Otherwise, contact the property owner before booking the home. Remember that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds.
  • Some properties allow pets, and others don't. Acceptable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the property manager about allowable breeds and types before booking.
  • Visiting for a single event? Use a map search to locate nearby properties.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.

Considerations for your stay:

  • Take a copy of the host's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental home. We recommend storing the host's contact information in your smartphone.
  • Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Document any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately send them to the host. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are beneficial if there is a dispute.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an excellent resource to find the best local beaches and hangouts.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a excellent stay? Many rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
