Four flat screen TV's (3 46", 1 40") with extended cable, three DVD players, wireless internet. Private pool (open May 15th- September 30th), Tyvek decking in pool area, outdoor furnishings, screened porch, two open decks, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, two garages, landscaped, fenced backyard, gas grille. Only one block walk to the beach access, restaurant and fishing pier! Totally equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. No smoking and no family pets. Weekly stays only. This property does not have capabilities to charge a golf cart.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that a dog may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

  • Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Make a record of any damages to the property during check in, and immediately contact the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be beneficial if a dispute is filed.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers bothering your peaceful home life. Apply the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and attractions you would've not otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to confirm you have not forget any personal items. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
