LOCATION INFO:

Located on the most handsome part of Oak Island, Yaupon Beach. The home is located on a direct beach access, approx 100 yards from the ocean, on a peaceful south side street that provides ample privacy away from the hustle and bustle.

The home is a 3 min. drive to grocery, ice cream, putt putt, and fresh fish markets, a 3 min. drive (15-20 min. beach walk) to the Oak Island pier, a 5 min. drive to Caswell Beach and Oak Island golf club and 15 min. drive to infamous Southport.

A little more than 30 mins. away, you can visit Wilmington, NC to the north and North Myrtle Beach, SC to the south.

Yaupon Beach offers the remote, peaceful setting that many yearn for, but without being too far from the city.

Finding the best rental value:

  • The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Summertime is high season in Oak Island. To find the best value, try changing your family's Cape Fear area trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer great weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.
