The inverted and open floor plan accepts for alluring ocean vistas from all of the main living spaces! There are super comfortable couches and an upsized chair that are great for snuggling up to watch your favorite shows and appreciating the warmth of the gas fireplace together. The roomy kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, charming beadboard cabinetry, and a massive island with bar seating for up to 8. As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
