There is a huge deep-water dock for the boating enthusiast or fishing and crabbing on the Big Davis Canal. Sink and fish cleaning station is available on the dock. Tie your boat off at the private dock after a day on the water. BOAT LIFT IS NOT FOR GUEST USE. Attention has been paid to every detail of this home. It has many upgrades and renovations from top to bottom including bamboo wood floor, granite counter tops, elevated swimming pool, and master bath Jacuzzi that make it the ideal home for you and your family to appreciate here at Oak Island. This home is only a few homes away from the Inter-coastal Waterway for simple access to and from your Marine life destinations, eateries and fishing. Appreciate the pretty sunset view from the 2nd or 3rd floor deck. The island has boat launches, a golf course, eateries, put-put golf, kayak and golf cart units, picnic areas, trails, skateboard park, splash pad park, shopping and plenty of access to the beach front for building sand castles and calming in the sun.
